I feel that word's influence faded when they introduced "smart" toasters and blenders...
It's a marketing problem. Not a performance/tech problem.
but I think the ceos ARE surprised
cause theyre so detached from reality that they wouldnt know this was a shit idea, hence why they did it in the first place
