As a little addendum to the question already being answered Germany does not use PEGI (most EU countries do), we have our own board called the USK but they're mainly relevant for physical releases so digital only titles can just complete the Steam Age rating survey to get a rating that way
The healthckeck is broken. This is what we saw months ago, when we got the heads up. We assumed we're safe and still got delisted, along 100k other games. Devs need to just fill in the survey and not trust this page.
If you don't have an official rating certification, it needs to be applied through the content survey, right?
I got 16+ because the corpses don't disappear. 🤷♂️🫤
Can't access your provided steam link from Germany so either it's just taking time or something else didn't work out, so it might be worth it to double check
Could you try now? I already did an adult survey (the one before getting an actual rating) back in 2022. I did it again and I just saw popping out the temporary rating for Germany. I guess everyone with an Adult Survey (without ESRB) must apply again.

I'd just re-submit all content surveys to obtain the USK rating if it is not there to make sure.
Found that out when I couldn't get my own title to show.

I checked it but our game (on purpose) is designed to play multiplayer with friends only.
There is not in game server browser so kids can't randomly join games, but there is "in game chat" if you join by friends list or join code...
