Nope, just standard townhomes or condo neighborhoods
it makes sense for the area and for the current market, but it’s not the WORST when you’re not responsible for yard work/snow plowing/repaving driveways etc
i would rather pay a fee than do yard work myself 😂😂😂 not a $900 fee but a smaller fee
