Although the Dyson customer service is very helpful, and props to the quick delivery, the part previously sent was not the issue so some more/different parts have been ordered 🤞🤞

A quick video call to Dyson about my vacuum, in which I impressed the guy with my ability to break it down for troubleshooting so quickly (practice trying to fix the bugger!), and a new main unit was ordered for delivery.
