…SO. Unrelated to this incident, the market made a rule in the last few years that dogs can’t come to market anymore. I love dogs, but I’m all for this rule. There’s lots of shady spots around the market where dogs can chill while their human grabs a couple things, or they could stay home…

So back to the volunteer art I do for this market when I visit home! People have been bringing dogs despite everyone at market begging them not to. Incidents have happened, much like my blueberry disaster. So they asked me to make some signs! And I did so with blueberries in mind.

I live in Seattle and at the end of my rope of how often dogs get brought places they shouldn't. There's this infamous lady who brings her reactive pair of big huskies everywhere; cafes, theatres, DOCTORS OFFICE, and it's too much.

Dogs deserve peace from crowded spaces!

As someone who picks berries for our family I know how much human labor went into that pile of blueberries… hopefully they were able to salvage some. Yikes!
