Democratic governors continue to represent ALL constituents, while red state Republican governors continue to robotically serve only Trump and themselves at great cost.

Not that your comment is anything but a red herring: Legalized regulated prostitution has proven safer for everyone involved. Drug sites as well. Neither of which is a solution to the underlying problem. Especially drugs - but a better option than people shooting up in parks and other public spaces.
