I agree with this. Most AAA games comes with so many bugs and issues where most Indie games comes out with better dev support then any AAA game. Lets take Phasmophobia for instance. Those dev are constantly busy fixing things and improving the game without asking for more money.

It's not a much different argument than what Hollywood puts out, especially since we're at that point with game budgets. The occasional blockbuster seems more and more rare the larger the budgets continue to get.

I feel like it’s not a great comparison, only because I’ve yet to find any(or many) diamonds in the rough when it comes to independent movies.

I almost exclusively play indie games by now. There are SO many good ones out there. More than I can realisitically keep up with.
