Alright yknow what I'll get one and see what's what. Somehow I doubt it'll be better feeling than the dualsense though.

Why not just get the 8bitdo ultimate? It's cheaper than any standard controller. Has hall effect sticks. 4 back buttons you can program to whatever and a sweet dock. Works via Bluetooth or the 2.4ghz dongle that's also included. The switch layout version works on switch and pc too.

But it's crazy good for the price and super versatile (I got the switch layout one so I can also use it with my switch).
So good I dropped it and busted the USB C port on it so I can't use it in wired mode anymore, and I went ahead and got a bluetooth antenna for my PC to keep using it rather than swap it for something else.
I find it way too cramped
Also with the 2.4 dongle it works like its wired, no need to pair that shit
Definitely one of the better feeling third party controllers but there's a couple things that could be better.
My only complaint is that if I need to look at the controller it's in Nintendo format and XInput is Xbox format and brain glitches
I would sort of prefer a Dualshock 2 layout but SNES is good too
only complaint is that neither of them work well with a docked Steam Deck when it comes to assigning the back paddles
