Don't forget (I'm sure you haven't, but bears repeating) ADP being a gateway for other social security that might be taken away on UKGov's whim if they think it's not as stringent as PIP.

sure, that's quite explicit about the uncertainity but also the reality that the changes are likely to mean that future spending on it doesn't rise as fast as now. that's quite different to a cut.

Not in practice. Firstly let’s be clear that uk gov are intending to cut a large number of individuals’ PIP, that is a cut by any definition. In terms of the budget impact. The sg has forecasts (provided by the fiscal commission) which tell it how much ukg will likely provide in the years ahead….

I would add that because we have ADP we know that there's a better way. We invest in our people and we can see the good it does.
