hey guess what, i figured out the BlueSky header image template for best results. content must be vertically centered in a square with the following borders within the square.

That was the outcome. it is not centred vertically and you need a lot of boarder space so the banner will not zoomed in so much and won't looks pixelated.
At least with a square there's less guessing.
