Dems take action. Federal workers, gum up what you can. Be aggravating, ask to have the directives better explained, then totally misunderstand them.

1. I keep saying this, but it’s important to try to slow things down. It’s something that the Democrats really don’t get. You can win a war by losing every battle slowly.
