Sometimes the biggest hurdle is the smallest act but once it's done the weight off your chest will feel immeasurable.

I get ya. Felt the same way, and I was away for 5 months so I know how you feel! But you've done it before, so you can totally do it again! Sometimes I find just ripping off the band aid assuages any anxiety I might have. No time to think about it if you throw yourself in at the deep end! 😅
