Sea changes are weird and hard to predict, but it’s so important to remember that sometimes you win the fight you think you’re losing, and the sun shines awfully brightly for a bit.
I am in a unique place. I came out at 15 in 1991. Literally, the week before Freddie Mercury died. I had almost no gay elders when I was a young gay. It was all much older people or wildly flailing youth like myself. We lost a lot of wisdom. Fight for what we know, we are legion. Teach the kids
