So to speak. Every now and then I buy pieces (and minifigs) that Lego doesn't produce to customize minis.

Sadly some of the really cool medieval stuff is only available e.g. in the US and they have insane shipping costs. 😔

Oh I know. We really love our customized minis. Germany has all the cheap things I want, but likewise never order for shipping reasons. I'm a big Wolf Pack fan, and for a while before CMF 27, I wasn't sure if the torso from Medieval Town Square would be back in stock, I was tempted to order abroad.

I think the torso you mentioned is available on Pick a brick. But I bought some from Bricklink with a couple of fitting legs.
And I was lucky to find a few CMF minis in various stores.

Maybe I can take a few pictures tomorrow.

I grabbed 10 off Pick a Brick, when they weren't sold out. Getting good legs for them has been a challenge, I really like the old black legs with red belts? I really need to buy black and red legs and swap them. It's an oldie but a goodie

I've only found 5 of CMF. They're constantly picked through

Agreed. It's really hard to find fitting legs.
I used these legs from, I think a Ninjago figure - the diamond pattern has a armor like look.

I think I have 6 from the CMF (one could write a book about the minifigure problem. It's not just buyers, it's Lego itself that's responsible.)

Brickwarriors makes these kind rogue hoods in three different colors: black, brown and white.

I wished those could be in dark blue for my Black Falcons. 😔 Maybe I try to get some and paint them?

I have some wizardry figures that blue hoods would look great, but also for blue Forestmen looking guys, to have variation with all the green.
