3 Echoes flew out into the system.
The 3rd Echo is found on the Dreadnought. It was chased by a specific Dread individual. The episode also involves the Hive and Taken.

New tech is involved with the old Holo Projection style of story telling.
Less of a focus on looping to the Helm, though returning to Vendors isn't completely gone.
