I'm not an Ableton person and FL Studio appears to be unworkable in Linux these days (even in Bottles) but when I had FL going in a Bottle you could just run the VST installer and have it work.

Carla is a VST Windows-to-Linux bridge but I haven't played with it yet, I'm going to try it with Bitwig.
