if we’re going to pull out of #WHO we should probably have more competent folks running CDC, FDA, NIH,CMS + military and we should prob leave flags at half mast for next X yrs ahead of all the deaths fm cutting back on health access, vaccines, Rx med cost & pulling out of humanitarian assistance
