@hartmannreport.com -in regards to Care Credit- this has been a problem in Veterinary for 20+yrs also. As someone working within clinics,I routinely saw clients get coerced into thousands of $ of loans to treat their sick animals. It often went VERY poorly,& it is still a serious problem.
