It says patent law. I'm frustrated. I'm not a lawyer or law professor but I am a legal historian and I could do a better job explaining what's going on with this case. This is so misleading.

I dont care about that- I'm sure many think my own background is mid but what I am concerned about is she doesn't provide the summary needed here to tell people what's at stake. It's bizarre. The lawsuit is literally seeking to declare all of 504 unconstitutional.

The suit is seeking is to declare the entire Section 504, 29 U.S.C 794 unconstitutional and vacate the ENTIRE rule, not simply change its application nor are they seeking relief only for penalties. It is an incredibly broad attack on Section 504 itself:
