The government complains: "In the two months since Inauguration Day, district courts have issued more than 40 injunctions or TROs against the Executive Branch." Maybe the courts just love injunctions that much, or MAYBE THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH IS DOING A BUNCH OF SHIT THAT NEEDS TO BE STOPPED

Given that the AEA case now centers on a disagreement about whether habeas is the exclusive remedy for DHS's malfeasance, I'll raise my hand as the guy who wrote the habeas case book taught in law schools:
