In 1948, Canadian John Peters Humphrey drafted the UN Declaration of Human Rights, signed by 48 of 58 members at the time. Today 193 of 195 have signed the Declaration, with many ratifying treaties. Interesting that number one of the Four Freedoms is: #FreedomFromFear
