Mississippi really making the legal news today for all the wrong reasons. How are the representatives elected by the public *not* a public body? They're just making up new definitions for old words.

The Mississippi Legislature is NOT a "public body" and NOT subject to the Open Meetings Act under state law, a judge has ruled.

That means a quorum of House Republicans will be able to continue to meet and make key legislative decisions in private. #MSLeg
