From what I heard and personal experiences I would recommend the Wacom 472
It's quite affordable being around 40-50€, u can drag but also hover with is (idk how u play) and it has a good build quality as well as. NO inbuild smoothing so minimal latency and with open tablet drivers it works smooth.
