Legislation was introduced (in the Senate, I think) to try to streamline the process and fast-track certain types of projects. I don't think it made it very far, but I'll look.
We could triple the capacity of the U.S. electric grid, primarily with cheaper, cleaner, more reliable wind, solar and battery power. What will be the fate of these projects now? /end
