I also learned that Frank Sinatra once rhymed, "For Heaven rest us/ I am not asbestos." (Technically I guess it was Oscar Hammerstein and Dorothy Fields who did the original rhyming).

Learning a lot this week as I teach a 40 hour course to unionized construction workers.
"You don't want to get two checks today" = don't do anything to get fired.
"Must be the shop steward" = the guy who is most attentive to when lunch time starts.
"If you're not in a hurry, you're behind."
