To be clear: Norway still has “innocent until proven guilty”, this just removes certain requirements to charge someone with rape.

Surrounding countries have used this definition for half a decade.

How can that be proven, anyway? If it's on paper, do they bring in a graphologist? And if it's online, do they have an app with two-factor authentication and video capture to ensure that the right person checked the "consent" box?

Because the man in SA cases is usually given benefit of the doubt. Actually holding men legally accountable is impossible without hard evidence.

I guess what actually in law but may be hard to prove especially if alcohol is used iam glad I diny drink bit I've never liked alcohol I play guitar .
