No he can't. Please understand that the King has no political power and isn't even permitted to discuss politics publicly. Every statement he makes is written by or vetted by the government. He has the ability to show up at diplomatic functions and open stuff with those giant novelty scissors.

Only a handful of people would recognize the symbols he wore as being Canadian. What Chuck must do is speak out publicly admonishing Trump. Otherwise, the Canadian government should get him and his mum off our currency.
