I’ve been wondering why my loaves of bread have been huge lately, so I channeled Paul Hollywood while making my loaf today. I took special care to make sure nothing touched the yeast, took my time measuring all the ingredients, etc.

All that and I forgot to put the paddle in. So this is my loaf lol
