I don't think it's remotely possible that Edmonton makes up 90% of provincial EMS activations for drug poisoning, at nearly 20X higher than Calgary.

So while 154 dispatches in the latest week is extremely alarming for Edmonton, the next question is: what is going on with Calgary's *data reporting*?
