Just based on how it is, I'm pretty sure the tieflng is supposed to be Scarlet, as the entire description fit her. We may not have full confirmation, but just based on the descriptions it seemed to fit Thomas, Scarlet, College, Skulk.

Yah no actual confirmation. I would have made the connection to scarlet earlier if wings or a tuba was mentioned. Instead I kind of went with a kid of Panics I do have a scarlet design in mind when/if she’s confirm
