We need action. We need the military, local politicians, and police to back the people. A fortress is only impenetrable from the outside. But from the inside, we only have to open up the gates.

The flag code (title 4, United States Code, section 7) states that flags shall be flown at half-mast for 30 days from the day of death of a former President out of respect for service to our country.
TBH we should be flying our flag upside-down once an insurrectionist takes our highest office after a Colorado court concluded they had taken part in an insurrection, and Amendment 14 section 3 forbids it explicitly.
Upside-down flag means our country is occupied by the enemy, which is 100% true.
I still have my Harris Walz yard signs. I’ve placed them on the front of my balcony railing and have strung bright white lights around the railing and the lights will remain on day and night showcasing my love of democracy. It may not be much but it makes me feel better. To me it says FUCK YOU TRUMP
If my flag pole wasn't frozen I'd hang my pride flag half staff ... But alas it's frozen solid, so the American flag stays half staff today in honor of Carter.
