People aren't going to be 'ok' spending their resources on defending against these vindictive attacks. If they never spend a day in jail, some will lose big financially and others bankrupted depending on how many of our tax dollars are spent to pursue them. It's hard to fight government attacks.

If it were you, would you want your family to sacrifice and suffer, or to potentially lose your property? Take time off from work.. life on hold.. to defend yourself against charges by a government with deep pockets, on the chance you'll be reimbursed after all that difficulty? Not I!

Personally I couldn’t afford it. But I would move heaven and earth to find someone who would file suit that May bring some advertisement to their law firm. I would keep calling until I couldn’t talk.
