If a video is how you're going to demonstrate, please SHOW what you're doing. An instructional video on replacing car parts doesn't help if all you're showing is you being elbow deep and talking about what you're doing!

Same thing with games these days. I want to know how to get past a puzzle and they're like "watch this 53 minute video to find out". No thanks, I'll suffer through it or go to Gamefaqs.

Yes, this!! I also hate when spoilers are locked behind a video. I get it, the creator wants you to watch to see their spoiler. I don’t want to watch. Forcing me to watch for a spoiler will more likely result in me ignoring it until it is everywhere else.

It’s a shame that written content is being phased out, articles are much better for spoilers. I know you write well (many content creators do!) and I think my old timer trait is that I prefer reading at my pace than listening/watching someone dance around the spoiler for views.

A picture is worth a thousand words.... a video I have to rewind 30 times to see which 7 screws you removed from the drier before you can access the belt tensioner is worth significantly less than 1000 words.
