Hi all. First post in this feed for expats in Panama.
I've been living in Panama since '21.
I am a permanent legal resident. Previously I was in Panama City and then moved to Boquete, where the temperatures are like an east-coast US spring day every day.
Feel free to ask any questions you'd like.

No car necesary if you're downtown.
4 days is good. The Haven is nice. Villa Alejandro too. Great restaurants and eco-tours available.
Try to make time to go to Bocas del Toro too. Awesome island vibes/food/activity.
I am Volker, have been living here for more than 16 years now, married to a Panamanian. We run a small apartment hotel on the outskirts of Boquete, within walking distance of the center.
