I read James. It WAS well written, but I didn't like the piggy backing of the classic by Mark Twain to change the perception of Jim (James). The historical inaccuracies and the use of a the "N" word (which I hate) lost me. In the end, it just turned out to be another angry revenge story. My 2 cents.
