The haemorrhagic fever-sounding features here, despite testing negative for a bunch of known viruses, are concerning.
Not sure if a foodborne illness (from bat meat) or toxin (fast acting) behave this way? But I don't have heaps of knowledge around those.

There’s previous infection many years ago apparently for Congo Crimean hemorrhagic fever a good while ago. High mortality. Hit there before I think tick so is the tick season especially bad?

It’s my guess idk bsl4?
