The armatures that I found on the Puzzle Pop model are a mess... There's like 2-3 duplicates of a bone (I'm guessing proxy bones were used for the outline) and it's a struggle to find the right one for each function. Guessing it's better to create your own bones with mixamo/rigify and go from there.
