It does not allow them to enter a home or dwelling on private land without a warrant or consent of the property owner.
They were TRYING to get me to consent to the search by presenting a bogus warrant.
Not to be smug or confrontational, but to be equipped to have a civil conversation & disagreement with law enforcement when they act under color of law.
Bullies.
I remember being surprised by it reaching almost halfway into Ohio
I wish the ACLU website was more clear and mentioned/linked to property search somewhere on that page
