Ukraine in 1991 gained independence from Russia, and in 1994 gave their nuclear weapons to Russia in exchange for security garuntees from Russia and America both. So far Russia has broken this 20 different times in an imperialist expansion attempts 1/2

Russia has had a hand in Ukraine politics until the 2014 revolution when yanakovych was overthrown and Russia lost all influence on Ukraine politics. Leading to the dying imperialist power Russia desperately trying to reclaim its former power by sponsoring Nazi groups like Wagner. 2/2
