the way that works for me is setting an alarm an hour before i am due to get up, take them then sleep for another hour. they’ve kicked in by then and i feel much more ready to go!

Oh interesting, I've so far taken them with breakfast which makes me actually eat breakfast, but it's also a chore.

no problem! good luck, it’s definitely about finding what’s best for you but it can take a bit of experimentation! i like doing it that way because i wake up feeling like a normal person 😭😂
