I did a clinical trial for Wixela! I go for the 18g one, but I avoid using them unless I'm away from home. I have an older MicroAir Omicron handheld nebulizer (the new one seems unreliable, according to reviews) and that's been a good option when my insurance is iffy about the rescue inhaler.
