We didn’t need a David Kurtz or anyone else to tell us this. The candidate, while completely loathsome, is not the problem. It’s the clueless, apathetic American electorate: educated by “reality media”, steeped in mythologies about patriotism, ignorance of civic duty and numbed by affluenza.
