The chances of dying in what time frame?
Statistically, it's not a 1 in 5 chance most of us are going to die this year for lack of medical treatment. I get why you're comparing the two things; but the figures don't really mean anything.
If we tally up the health issues in my family of >5, and we are all alive. There's been babies, gallbladder removals, failing livers etc...
That and the 20% thing is screwy
I suspect it's from ambulance response times in a specific area
But terrorism? Really??
