It's absolutely ridiculous that a rapist would EVER get to walk free. A life sentence is perfectly appropriate for this, but in the UK apparently they get 5-19 years only.
Of course as it's frequently debated, there is the issue of arrests not being made too...
Heartbreaking stuff.
