Giving tax breaks to struggling companies makes sense, a little helping hand to balance the books is acceptable, gratuitous greed and monopolisation accompanied by gross profiteering is just disgusting and should be illegal just pay the damn taxes or the society you profit from won't exist.

Tax on wealth disposal is also easily introduced. Simply regularise tax on unearned income to the same rate as earned income. ie CGT and Inheritance Tax payable at the income tax rate band of the beneficiary (or corporation tax, in the case of a legal entity).

In the medium term, tax corporations on profits where they make them, NOT on the 'domicile' of the corporation.

If you want to make profit from operations in eg the EU, you pay tax on those profits in/to the EU. If you don't want to pay tax, you don't get access to the EU market.

Problem solved.
