That’s not including staff salaries, expenses, freebies, and other perks of being able to have a second or even third job. The whole system needs a complete overhaul, but that’s like turkeys voting for Christmas. If they cut the number of MPs and number of lords that would plug the billions needed.

Technically its only expenses for a second house if they require one because they live elsewhere in UK and can't commute. Truth is important. I take tour point though they do take second jobs and kickbacks like football tickets etc
