It is very important to understand that we knew all about the Concentration Camps and the Gas Chambers and all the terrible things that were happening during WW2 and not only did nothing, but pretended to be 'shocked' when we 'found out'.

During WW2 the Allies knew about the Holocaust as early as 1941 when they decoded Enigma encrypted messages listing thousands of deaths a day at the camps.
But during the next 4 years they did nothing to stop it.
