It’d be good if we could put solar panels on ‘developed’ land (like buildings & car parks) first. I bet there’s a lot of space that could be used for solar panels.

I see acres and acres of fields covered in rapeseed plants during the summer, and these plants, being short, are perfect for growing under solar panel arrays. This needs doing right now.
