Well, some people do this in my area. They tear off the roses I take care of and water. Sometimes the rosebud doesn't want to go, so they break five or more of them.

My furious swearing is very peaceful and romantic.

They just want to get laid so they destroyed half of the buds. They are also throwing garbage into the bushes that I have to pick up.
