Search the text for names such as Lord Peter Hendry, Lord Holmes of Richmond, Blunkett, etc. There's an awful lot of technical stuff about amendments which mean nothing the ordinary person, but you can pick up the gist by dipping in & out.

It's a debate from April of last year, so it's in the previous session of parliament and Government. And it's also a general debate, there is no law being amended. Sure, we know there are positions taken, but that is all.
